Complaints Procedure
We are fully committed to providing you with the highest standard of service. You can help us to do this, by letting us know if you are unhappy with the service we have provided to you.
Please address any complaint to the Client Services Manager, Best Solution, Devonshire Court, 20 Newmarket Street, Skipton, BD23 2HR. Your complaint will be fully investigated and hopefully, resolved to your satisfaction. If however, you are still not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the Senior Management team:
- Send details of your original complaint and the reason for your continued dissatisfaction, to the Operations Manager at the above address.
- Finally, and in the rare event that we have not been able to resolve the matter to your satisfaction, please contact the Client Services Director directly at the address above. The response that you receive from the Client Services Director will be our final communication on the matter.
Obviously, we hope that this escalation will not be necessary as our aim will always be to resolve your complaint as soon as we hear about it.
